Ambulance 607


2007 Ford F-450/Medtec

Owned by Loudoun County and operated by career staff, Power Stroke diesel engine, 4x4, ALS-equipped but usually staffed as BLS ambulance.

2006 Smeal

515 horsepower Detroit Diesel engine, 1500 gallon per minute pump, 750 gallon water tank, 40 gallons of Class A Foam, Foampro Foam system, 7.5 kw Onan Generator, Hurst Tool, deck gun, high-rise pack, Thermal Imaging Camera, chain saw, carbon monoxide detector, gas detector, and miscellaneous hand tools. E607 is licensed as a BLS non-transport unit and carries an AED unit. E607 has seating for five firefighters. NIMS Classification Fire Engine Class 1.

2005 Ford F-350

Power Stroke diesel engine, 4x4, winch, carries hand tools, salvage equipment, EMS equipment, small portable pump, portable Honda Generator, lighting, seating for 2-3 firefighters. U607 is licensed as a reserve EMS non-transport unit.

2004 Smeal

Engine-Tanker, 515 horsepower Detroit Diesel engine, 1500 gallon per minute pump, 1760 gallon water tank, 40 gallons of Class A Foam, Foampro Foam system, quick dump valve on the rear of the unit, 1500 gallon portable water tank, 400 gallon per minute floating portable pump, 7.5 kw Onan generator, deck gun, chain saw, carbon monoxide detector, gas detector, and miscellaneous hand tools. K607 is licensed as a BLS non-transport unit and carries an AED. K607 seats four firefighters. NIMS Classification Fire Engine Type 1, NIMS Tanker Type 2.

1993 Chevy Suburban 4x4

Special Emergency Response Vehicle (SERV). SV607 has a winch, EMS equipment, misc. hand tools, seating for five firefighters. SV607 is licensed as a BLS non-transport unit.

 
 
Brush 607


1980 GMC 4x4

Four-wheel drive, winch, 218 gallon water tank, 250 gallon per minute pump, two "Indian Tanks", brush rakes, chain saw, and miscellaneous hand tools. B607 seats 2-3 firefighters. NIMS Classification Fire Engine Type 6.
