The Aldie VFD could always rely on our faithful Auxiliary to provide food and drinks when needed. In the background, Little River barely contains itself as the waters recede. High water mark can be seen on the column next to the entrance door. At the maximum height of the flood, Little River was nearly 1000 feet wide.
